My name is Erika Davis and I am a birth & postpartum doula, childbirth educator and 200-hour certified yoga instructor serving the Seattle and South Puget Sound areas. I'm a transplant from Brooklyn, NY where I completed my first doula training with Ancient Song Doula Services, an organization focused on training women of color as doulas and making doulas available to parents who may not have considered them.
I am passionate about birth support and education for all, including those who may feel they are not adequately represented by traditional birthing services. I aim to establish and maintain safety throughout our work together, and I fully support people of color, LGBTQI+ families and individuals, single people, and couples during each stage of pregnancy. I also have knowledge and experience supporting culturally-specific birth practices of observant Jewish and Muslim families. My work was recently featured on NPR's Next Generation Radio.
Outside of my birth work, I work as a Jewish diversity advocate and write and consult on issues of diversity and inclusion. I’m a collector of houseplants and live in Tacoma with my wife, our dog, cat, ducks, and chickens.

Liz Gonzalez is a Life and Health enthusiast, with 16+ years of experience in adding health, vitality, and purpose to the lives of adults through nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. From being a personal trainer, yoga instructor, nutritionist, a biomagnet therapist and a doula, I’ve fallen more and more in love with the beauty of being a Wombyn. I am passionate about empowering women, and reminding them of their courage, strength, and beauty, at all walks of their lives, and embracing their lunar cycle. I currently spend a good amount of my time with women wanting to add vitality to their lives, women thinking about conceiving, and women who are pregnant. But I don’t discriminate and love working with all, including the beautiful sacred men! I am excited to be part of Fern and Foster’s team, and connecting with all the Mama’s and babies. Let’s enjoy our bodies through movement and play, as we connect with your babies! Infinite blessings of love.
